At Britek Systems, we have been designing and building control panels and systems since 1986.
Our aim is to have a good working relationship with our customers, listening to their needs and developing them into a workable control panel or system that will be easy to manage and maintain, and be safe to operate.
Our control panels are normally wired to British Standard colour codes, with wires identified using colour-coded markers. When a customer has preferred colour codes, we will of course work to those requirements. We use quality materials and craftsmanship in the assembly of our panels, with components from mainline suppliers, giving our customers good reliability coupled with easy access to spares, should they be required. Our control panels are provided with circuit diagrams, and, where required, operating manuals.
We have produced control panels and specialised test equipment for electrical contractors, machine and component manufacturers & engineering companies, including Bristol University, The Bristol Port Company, Schlumberger, Latchways PLC, Blade Engineering Ltd, Westcut Engineering Ltd, Scott Aerospace Ltd, A Nichols (Cow Mills) Ltd., and Badger Brewery among others.
We have provided controls for various projects, and the following is a sample of work done.
We have produced a lot of control panels and machine installations for companies that produced hydraulically powered equipment, and through this route, these are some of the companies our products have gone to. Rolls Royce, Bendix, Marley Automotive, Environment Agency, Fairey Hydraulics, Westland Helicopters, RAF St. Athens, Dowty Seals, Lewmar Ltd., Bristol City Council and TRW Cam Gears. The following is a sample of electrical controls we have provided for plant operated by Hydraulic Power Packs.
